For the USA all orders over $ 100, shipping is FREE! We do not refund shipping costs if you pick up your product or deliver it to your location. Our free shipping policy is for delivery. Our shipping partners will normally make several attempts to deliver your product. If the product is returned to us, and a subsequent delivery is required, you will be charged for these delivery fees. Keep this in mind when ordering and track your order to see the delivery date.
If you wish to make a change of address in your order, you will have 24 hours to notify our support team. After 24 hours, there will be a $ 30 change fee if your order has not yet been processed / shipped.
Other remote countries and regions.
If you live outside the United States, you can check the most up-to-date shipping rate for your country by starting the checkout process and entering your shipping information. There are several special regions (remote islands, etc.) with exclusive handling fees. If so, we can contact you to charge any additional applicable fees. Note: There is an additional shipping fee for orders in Hawaii and Alaska. If you place an order in Hawaii or Alaska, we will send you an email with payment instructions when the campaign ends with the additional fee.
