RETURN POLICY

X Mobility Motors is well known for our commitment to offering the highest quality electrical products and superior support to our customers. Listed below are our order cancellation and product return policies:

Return policy for the 48 contiguous United States

Order cancellation

Cancellation of orders not shipped will be subject to a 10% restocking fee (both for pre-sales and for items in stock). Cancellation of orders already processed for shipping is subject to a 20% restocking fee. We cannot guarantee that your order cancellation request will arrive at the shipping deposit in time to interrupt your shipment, so please let us know as soon as possible about your cancellation request. Send cancellation requests to: support@x-mmotors.com and a support representative will calculate the restocking fees per item and provide confirmation that the order is eligible for cancellation. Refunds will be made according to the payment method used for the order.


Returns of unused equipment

Unused products can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the products by contacting us HERE. To be entitled to a return, the bicycle must be unused, free of dirt, dust or any fragrances and in the same packaging and condition in which you received it. The box must be sealed and closed. Send your product back in its original box. Subject to a 20% restocking fee. The original shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs if they choose to exchange the product.


Return policy for Open Box / Refurbished products 

Open Box and refurbished bikes are sold "as is" and are not eligible for return.Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

  • Used and Undamaged Equipment
  • Clothing (clothes, hats, etc.)
  • Batteries
  • Special Requests
  • Endowed requests
  • Items that exhibit wear

* ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. If a return is received without an authorization code, the shipment will be refused and returned to the customer.

Defective equipment returns

In addition to the applications listed above, shipping fees and other taxes will also be charged.

Defective equipment is covered by our warranty policy. Contact X Mobility Motors to file a warranty claim.
If your approved return passes our inspection, the customer will be eligible to receive an exchange, in-store credit or refund.
